Tourists from most countries can stay on the island   without a visa for 90 days. To enter the republic,  just show your ticket and passport

The way to stay longer than 90 days  in the territory  of the country is to obtain  a special residence permit, which lasts no longer than 30 days

In order to move permanently to Northern Cyprus after purchasing a property, documents must be submitted

o obtaining the  residence permit.  Not only the property owner, but also his/her family members will receive the permit.
